Corporate flight attendant delivering first class personalized onboard service to distinguished persons
associated with a major Middle Eastern petrochemical corporation, including the chairman, senior management
and guests onboard the company's Global 6000 business jets. Position utilized extensive knowledge of planning
and coordinating across many functions to meet specific personal and operational requirements within stringent
time constraints, in a wide variety of travel environments, including but not limited to Europe, the Middle East,
the People's Republic of China. Required flexibility and rapid 24x7 response to changing needs and high-level

CPAI, Airline Accountants February 2011 - December 2014
Position: Senior Client Relations Manager
Recruited by CPAI as an employee in The Bahamas to manage outsourced existing airline accounting clients in the
Caribbean, including primarily Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados and The Bahamas. Major duties involved
client satisfaction optimization through frequent needs assessment counseling and resulting customized programming by IT staff.
Cat Island Airways June 2009 - February 2011
Position: Saab 340 Instructor; Director of Cabin Services
Recruited from Western Airways to spearhead entry of the airline into this passenger
market, organized the new Flight Attendant Department and undertook all instructional
duties. Created the technical flight attendant manuals to prepare the airline for Aviation /
Flight Standards Certification from the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. Instructional and
training duties were expanded to include all newly employed pilots, as well as the flight
attendants. The Saab 340 operation was ended in 2011, as market conditions mandated
the use of smaller aircraft.
Western Air November 2007 - June 2009
Position: Saab 340 Instructor; Flight Attendant Instructor
First Director of In-Flight Services, and created the program for Western Air, with the
airline's entry into the market. A major player in the Saab 340 In-Flight Certification by
the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. Hands-on in-flight management of 110 flight
attendants. Operated the flight attendant recruitment and training program including
creation of the flight attendant manuals. Recruited to join Cat Island Airways, to create a
similar program (Saab 340).
Laker Airways February 1998 - December 2005
Position: In Flight Director, Purser
Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in-flight duties included the overall supervision of
cabin crew through all phases of flight. Assured and realized the airline's goals to be
second to none in all three classes of service, First Class, Business Class, and Coach.
Laker Airways ceased operations December, 2005.
